These terms apply when you use transformastro.com, the TransformAstro app, or buy a consultation or report from TransformAstro Solutions Private Limited (“TransformAstro”, “we”, “us”). By booking, paying or using our services, you agree to them. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

1. What astrology guidance is, and is not

Our consultations and reports are Vedic astrology guidance for self-reflection and planning. They are not a guarantee of any outcome, and they are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

  • Astrology describes tendencies, not certainties. Results depend on many things outside any chart, including your own choices.
  • Always use your own judgement. For health, legal, money or safety matters, consult a qualified professional before acting.
  • Remedies we suggest are optional and are never a substitute for professional treatment or advice.
  • Our services are meant for adults aged 18 and over. A parent or guardian can order on behalf of a minor.

2. Wealth Window and money decisions

Wealth Window rates days for their astrological suitability. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and TransformAstro is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst.

  • We do not know your portfolio, risk appetite or finances, and we do not give stock tips, targets or trading calls.
  • Markets carry risk, including the loss of your capital. Past results do not indicate future results.
  • Any investment or trading decision is yours alone. Please speak to a SEBI-registered adviser for investment advice.

3. Health Harmony and health decisions

Health Harmony suggests stronger days and rest days from your birth chart. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan or medical advice.

  • Do not start, stop or change any medicine, treatment or exercise plan because of a report.
  • If you have symptoms or a health concern, see a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

4. Our services

  • Consultations: one-to-one sessions with an astrologer, held in the TransformAstro app at the booked time.
  • Reports: personal PDF reports made from the birth details you give us, sent to the WhatsApp number and email you provide.
  • Reports are only as accurate as the birth date, time and place you enter. Please check them before paying. We cannot redo a report for free if the details entered were wrong.
  • We may update, improve or withdraw a service at any time. This does not affect orders already paid for.

5. Orders, payments and refunds

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on each page. The price charged is the price confirmed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
  • Discount codes have their own conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.
  • Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Your details and consent

  • When you place an order or book a session, you agree that we can use your details to prepare and deliver it, and to contact you about it on WhatsApp, email or phone.
  • You also agree to receive occasional updates, reminders and offers from TransformAstro. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or writing to us.
  • If you enter someone else’s details, for example when gifting a report, you confirm that you have their permission.
  • How we collect, use and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Consultations and recordings

  • Sessions are recorded for quality and for your safety, and are handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • Please be respectful. We may end a session without refund if a client is abusive.
  • Please join on time. Time lost because of a late start on your side cannot always be added back.

8. Using reports and the website

  • Reports, designs, text and methods on this website belong to TransformAstro. Your report is for your personal use. Please do not resell, republish or copy it.
  • Do not misuse the website or app, attempt to access systems you are not allowed to, or copy our reports or tools.

9. Limits of our responsibility

  • To the extent the law allows, TransformAstro is not responsible for decisions you make, or losses you suffer, based on our guidance.
  • Where we are found responsible, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as network, payment gateway or messaging service outages.
