This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms applicable to consultations, digital products, physical products, remedies, reports and other services purchased through our website.
1. General Policy
All purchases made through TransformAstro are considered final. Please review your order carefully before completing your payment.
Except where required under applicable law, we do not provide refunds once an order or service has been confirmed.
2. Consultation Bookings
Once a consultation appointment has been successfully booked and payment has been completed:
- The booking cannot be cancelled.
- No refund will be issued for cancelled, missed or unattended appointments.
- A consultation may be rescheduled only once, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Requests received after this period may not be accommodated.
TransformAstro reserves the right to approve or decline rescheduling requests based on scheduling availability.
3. Digital Products
Digital products including, but not limited to:
- Astrology Reports
- PDF Reports
- Software
- Online Courses
- Downloads
- Memberships
- Subscription Services
cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once purchased or delivered.
4. Physical Products & Remedies
Physical products including gemstones, yantras, malas, herbal products and other remedies are not eligible for return or refund once purchased.
Customers are requested to verify product details carefully before placing an order.
If a product is received in a damaged condition due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Eligible cases may be reviewed for replacement at our sole discretion.
5. Duplicate Payments
If your account is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, please contact us immediately. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
6. Cancellation by TransformAstro
If TransformAstro is unable to provide a scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we may:
- Reschedule the appointment, or
- Offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
