Most reports arrive on WhatsApp and email within minutes of payment. If yours hasn’t, check the points below, or send us a resend request and we’ll sort it out.
Quick checks
Check WhatsApp from TransformAstro
Reports come from our WhatsApp Business number, +91 98983 05171. Search your chats for “TransformAstro”. If you haven’t messaged us before, it may be under message requests.
Check your email, including spam and promotions
Search for “TransformAstro” in all folders. Mark the email as “not spam” so future reports reach your inbox.
Wait a few minutes after paying
Long reports such as 12-month calendars can take a little longer. If you paid more than 30 minutes ago, send a resend request below.
Check the number and email you entered
If there was a typing mistake in your WhatsApp number or email, tell us the correct one in your request and we’ll resend.
Booked a consultation?
Your session happens in the TransformAstro app. Install it and sign in with the same email or WhatsApp number you used to book.
Send a resend request
We resend your report automatically to the WhatsApp number and email on your order, usually within minutes. For consultation bookings, this opens WhatsApp with your request written for you. You can also email consult@transformastro.com.
